Tegarnews.co.id – Bekasi, 15 Maret 2026<\/strong> | Ketegangan terjadi di wilayah Jatiasih, Kota Bekasi, setelah munculnya perselisihan antara anggota organisasi kemasyarakatan (ormas) dengan sejumlah wartawan yang sedang menjalankan tugas jurnalistik<\/p>\n

Insiden ini terjadi di depan Edelweis 29 Cabang 2, sebuah tempat hiburan malam yang diduga beroperasi dengan modus panti pijat dan spa.<\/p>\n

Peristiwa bermula saat awak media mencoba melakukan konfirmasi terkait izin operasional dan aktivitas (THM) di lokasi yang beralamat di Jl. Parpostel, RT.001\/RW.008, Jatiasih, Kota Bekasi.<\/p>\n

Namun, upaya peliputan tersebut dihadang oleh sejumlah oknum ormas yang berjaga di lokasi, yang kemudian berujung pada tindakan intimidasi dan cekcok mulut.<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan keterangan di lapangan, keberadaan tempat hiburan tersebut telah lama menjadi sorotan warga sekitar. Selain dugaan penyalahgunaan izin, muncul dugaan kuat adanya praktik “pelindung” atau bekingan dari oknum aparat penegak hukum (APH) Polsek Pondok Gede (AS) dan oknum Satpol PP inisial (T),<\/p>\n

Sesuai peraturan UU Pers No. 40 Tahun 1999 Pasal 18 bagi siapa saja yang menghambat tugas jurnalistik akan dikenakan sangsi.<\/p>\n

“Tugas jurnalistik dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang. Adanya penghalangan, apalagi intimidasi oleh oknum ormas yang diduga membela tempat hiburan ilegal, merupakan bentuk pembungkaman terhadap pers,” ujar rekan media di lokasi.<\/p>\n

Masyarakat setempat mendesak Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dan Polres Metro Bekasi Kota untuk segera bertindak tegas. Sehingga tempat tersebut seolah kebal hukum meski dikeluhkan warga masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Hal ini berkaitan dengan penegakan regulasi daerah serta pembersihan dari yang diduga oleh oknum aparat yang ikut terlibat dalam aktivitas yang sangat meresahkan ketertiban umum.<\/p>\n

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak pengelola Edelweis 29 Cabang 2 maupun pihak berwenang terkait belum memberikan pernyataan resmi mengenai keterlibatan oknum dalam perselisihan tersebut.[]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
