Langkah darurat ini diambil menyusul kondisi keuangan jaminan kesehatan nasional yang mengalami defisit akibat beban klaim medis yang menembus Rp. 500 miliar per hari.<\/p>\n<p>Tiga fakta krusial dari rencana tata ulang iuran kesehatan nasional:<\/p>\n<p>Jurang Defisit Jumbo: Total pembayaran klaim BPJS mencapai Rp16 triliun hingga Rp16,5 triliun per bulan, sedangkan iuran yang terkumpul hanya Rp14 triliun. Ada selisih tekor sekitar Rp2 triliun setiap bulannya.<\/p>\n<p>Prinsip Gotong Royong: Menkes menegaskan kelompok masyarakat mampu sudah selayaknya membayar premi lebih tinggi seperti asas perpajakan, guna mensubsidi warga kurang mampu yang iurannya ditanggung penuh oleh pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>Fasilitas Tetap Adil: Meski nilai iuran akan dirancang progresif berbasis kemampuan finansial, sistem perlindungan klaim dipastikan tidak akan membeda-bedakan golongan kelas.
