{"id":8781,"date":"2025-08-21T10:43:11","date_gmt":"2025-08-21T10:43:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tegarnews.co.id\/?p=8781"},"modified":"2025-08-21T10:49:33","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T10:49:33","slug":"pelindo-regional-1-hadiri-pelatihan-upskilling-community-development-bersertifikasi-bnsp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tegarnews.co.id\/?p=8781","title":{"rendered":"Pelindo Regional 1 Hadiri Pelatihan Upskilling Community Development Bersertifikasi BNSP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tegarnews.co.id-Medan,21 Agustus 2025| Pelindo Regional 1 berkomitmen meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dengan menghadiri kegiatan Pelatihan Upskilling Community Development bersertifikasi Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) yang digelar oleh PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) pada 19\u201320 Agustus 2025 di Bali.<br \/>\nKegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan community development dari seluruh entitas Pelindo Grup, termasuk Pelindo Regional 1, dengan tujuan memperkuat peran dalam merancang serta mengimplementasikan program tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan (TJSL) yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Manager Hukum dan Humas Pelindo Regional 1, Fadillah Haryono menyampaikan bahwa partisipasi dalam pelatihan ini menjadi langkah penting bagi tim community development agar memiliki kompetensi yang diakui secara nasional melalui sertifikasi BNSP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMelalui pelatihan ini, kami berharap tenaga community development di Pelindo Regional 1 semakin profesional, adaptif, dan mampu menghadirkan program TJSL yang memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,\u201d ujarnya.<br \/>\nDalam pelatihan tersebut, peserta mendapatkan pembekalan mengenai strategi komunikasi, manajemen proyek sosial, hingga metode pengukuran dampak program TJSL.
